Gastronomy

At Casa Góngora, we see gastronomy as an expression of the region, of the people who cultivate it and of the history that surrounds us. Our approach stems from a respect for local produce, seasonal ingredients and the expertise of those who have shaped Andalusia’s culinary landscape.

We believe in warm and sincere hospitality, where service, knowledge and attention to detail are just as important as the cuisine itself. Our team shares with every guest the story behind each ingredient and every pairing, making every meal a memorable experience.

The House Restaurant

At Casa Góngora, our culinary philosophy stems from a respect for the produce, the region and the people. Our cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with a constant focus on ‘zero-kilometre’ produce from local producers and the wider Andalusian region.

Each dish is prepared on the premises with care, sensitivity and authenticity, always seeking a balance between tradition, creativity and excellence. We also see hospitality as being expressed through the dining experience.

Our chefs and their team work passionately every day to share the flavours of our region, transforming simplicity into something memorable through cuisine full of character.

Guest satisfaction is at the heart of the entire dining experience: dishes prepared with precision, served at just the right moment and presented with simplicity, to make every meal an unforgettable memory.

Chefs table

An exclusive dining experience, featuring creative local cuisine paired with our wines, in an intimate setting within the winery.

In a private space close to the kitchen or the winemaking process itself, the chef and the team explain each dish and each wine, creating a direct dialogue between gastronomy, the local area and wine.

Our selection of ‘borrowed gems’ is particularly worth noting: guest wines from other wineries, regions and appellations that will share the limelight in certain pairings. It is a way of opening up the dining experience to new wine landscapes, styles and cultures, creating a dialogue between regions and giving each experience a broader, more dynamic and surprising dimension.
